You can personalize Kadaza according to your preferences. You can replace websites, move blocks around and change the appearance of your homepage. Click the customize icon    on the homepage and use the pencil icon to edit blocks. Read more.

Your personal homepage settings are automatically saved in a cookie. You can also create a personal Kadaza URL containing your selected settings. This URL can be used as your homepage or saved as a bookmark, keeping your preferences available when you visit Kadaza again. Click on the Link icon    on the homepage. Pushing that icon a specific Kadaza URL containing your selected settings will be generated. The generated URL can be directly set as your homepage or copied and used as a bookmark. You can customize your Kadaza homepage with colors, patterns and images. Click "Change Background" on the homepage and choose from different themes such as nature, cities, animals and more.

If you don't need all the blocks on the homepage, you can change the existing blocks to blank ones. On the homepage, click on the pen icon  and choose the block you do not need and then search for 'Empty Block'. Click the empty block in the suggestions column.

Kadaza is a website which can be set as a homepage in your browser, meaning you can also remove it fairly easily. If you do not wish to use Kadaza, or simply do not want Kadaza as your browser's start page, you can change your desired homepage within your browser's settings. When you follow the steps, you can select any site you want as your homepage.

If you have installed the Kadaza android app, you can also remove it again. Visit the Google Play Help Center for detailed instructions. You can also simply visit our apps's page in the Google Play Store and click 'uninstall'.

If your chosen background disappears, your browser may not be saving cookies automatically or may remove cookies when closing. You can adjust your browser settings to allow cookies or save your personalized Kadaza homepage using a direct URL. 

Your personalized homepage settings depend on cookies unless you use a personal Kadaza URL. If your browser removes cookies after closing, your settings may disappear. You are able to change this in the internet options menu of your web browser. You can also create a personal Kadaza URL containing your selected settings. 

You can change your default search engine by clicking the settings icon  on the Kadaza homepage.
